MT Registration (Tourist License Plate)
The big unknown
Andorra offers MT license plates, also called “tourist license plates.” These plates allow individuals who are tax residents outside the European Union to register their vehicle in Andorra, thus paying a one and only tax rate of 4.5%. It should be noted that according to Andorran law, the vehicle cannot be driven in the country in which the client has that tax residence but it can be driven in the rest of the world.
